Its begining to be a yearly event where every september I try and learn to knit (im not sure why it always seems to be in september?) well i try to improve my very basic knitting skills anyway. I keep it going for about a month then forget everything I learnt and start all over again a year later.I have been in portugal for a few days so I thought it would be a good time to pick up knitting again, especially because expert knitters Grandma and Aunty Mavis were there to tutor me and correct quite a few of the many mistakes I made! here is the finished result my lovely green hairband....I think me and crocheting get on better than me and knitting do.
